1수집하는 개인정보 항목

wtg办公 앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다:

계정 정보 — 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 (회원가입 시)
위치 정보 — GPS 좌표 (해양 안전 서비스 제공 목적, 앱 사용 중에만 수집)
사진 및 동영상 — 업무 보고서 작성 및 프로필 사진 설정 시
기기 정보 — 기기 모델, OS 버전 (앱 오류 분석 목적)
사용자 입력 콘텐츠 — AI 어시스턴트에 입력한 대화 내용 (제4조 참조)
사용 데이터 — 페이지 방문 기록, 기능 사용 빈도, 오류 로그 (제4-2조 참조)

4제3자 데이터 공유 — AI 어시스턴트

⚠️ 중요: 본 앱의 AI 어시스턴트 기능은 제3자 AI 서비스를 사용합니다. AI 어시스턴트를 사용하기 전에 앱 내에서 명시적인 동의를 받습니다.

OpenAI는 전송된 데이터에 대해 본 앱과 동등하거나 더 높은 수준의 보호를 제공합니다
사용자는 언제든지 대화 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다

4-4. 사용자 동의

AI 어시스턴트를 최초 사용 시, 앱 내에서 데이터 공유에 대한 명시적인 동의를 받습니다
사용자가 동의를 거부할 경우, AI 어시스턴트 기능을 사용할 수 없으나 앱의 다른 모든 기능은 정상 이용할 수 있습니다
동의 여부는 앱 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다

4-2앱 사용 데이터 수집 — 서비스 개선

본 앱은 서비스 품질 향상 및 오류 분석을 위해 다음의 사용 데이터를 자체 서버에 수집합니다:

페이지 방문 기록 및 기능 사용 빈도
앱 오류 및 충돌 로그
API 호출 성공/실패 통계

이 데이터는 제3자에게 공유되지 않으며, 앱 성능 개선 및 버그 수정에만 사용됩니다. 수집된 데이터는 30일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.

6이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회, 수정, 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱 내 「계정 삭제」 기능 또는 이메일을 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

wtg办公 is a maritime operations management application. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Account info: Name, email address, phone number (at registration)
Location: GPS data for maritime safety services (collected only during app use)
Photos/Videos: For work reports and profile setup
Device info: Device model and OS version for error analysis
User Content: Text messages entered in the AI Assistant feature
Usage Data: Page visits, feature usage frequency, error logs for service improvement

2. Third-Party Data Sharing — AI Assistant

Our AI Assistant feature sends user-entered conversation content and related business data (voyage schedules, vehicle trips, weather information) to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) for processing. Specifically:

What data is sent: Chat messages and contextual business data needed to generate responses
Who receives it: OpenAI, L.L.C., based in the United States
Purpose: To generate immediate conversational responses only
Data protection: All data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. OpenAI provides the same or greater level of data protection as our application. Conversation content is not used for model training.
User consent: Users must explicitly agree to data sharing before first use of the AI Assistant. Users who decline can still use all other app features.

3. Usage Data Collection

We collect anonymized usage data (page visits, feature usage, error logs) on our own servers for service improvement. This data is not shared with any third party and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. We employ JWT-based authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).

5. Your Rights

You may view, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account using the in-app "Delete Account" feature, which immediately removes all associated personal data.
